Filmmaker and culture enthusiast Ibrahim Chatta has shared that he spent an impressive N1.4 billion on his 74-acre film village in Oyo State.
The film village, which serves as a cultural and production center, showcases traditional Yoruba architecture and includes indigenous-style houses, animal stables, and more.
In a recent video, Chatta explained that he funded the project entirely with his own money, without taking any loans or grants.
He also mentioned that financial difficulties extended the project’s completion to four years.
