Arc. Ifeoluwa Akande sponsors FREE UTME FORMS to Students in Ona Ara Local Government of Oyo State.
The 1st runner up in the House of Assembly Primaries of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), representing Ona Ara LGA, Arc. Ife Akande believes that education is the right of every child.
An academic himself, the former aspirant stated that this was an effort to complement the vision of the Oyo state Governor, Engr. Seyi Makinde, on his "education for all" mandate.
Arc. Akande partnered with Intellectual Tutorial Centre in distributing the UTME forms.
In his words "The forms were sponsored to encourage and assist students attain greater heights.
We have sponsored this thereby making it free, to give beneficiaries the opportunity to further their studies in tertiary institutions. A choice many of them might not have".
He implored the students to read and prepare very well for the examination and come out with flying colors. He also encouraged them to make the best use of the opportunity to create a better future for themselves and for Oyo state.
