A Delta State University female understudy, Elozino Ogege, who was announced missing about seven days back, has been purportedly discovered dead with her tongue and bosoms disjoined from her body.
The remaining parts of Elozino who is an understudy of the Department of Mass Communication, was found at about 2am on Monday by inhabitants along Ekrejeta street in Abraka Community, Ethiope-East Local Government Area of Delta State.
Understudies in the network said Elozino may have been slaughtered by speculated ritualists who pride themselves as "Yahoo Boys".
The Delta State Acting Police Public Relations Officer, DSP Andrew Aniamaka, affirming the episode stated, “The family of the girl is going through excruciating pain. They have not been informed.”
The Delta State Chairman of the Committee for the Defense of Human Rights, CDHR, Comrade Prince Kehinde-Taiga in a talk with writers, said the CDHR would support requires the redeployment of the Commissioner of Police, CP Muhammad Mustafa from the State in the event that he neglects to bring the culprits of the devious demonstration to equity.
Taiga said the rate of ceremonial killings, murder, kidnappings, equipped theft, assault and other social indecencies had expanded under the watch of the CP.
Taiga who denounced the executing of the young lady demanded that, “The perpetrators must be brought to book without any form of compromise. The CP must wake up from his slumber because justice must be served.”
