BREAKING NEWS: INEC Declares Kayode Fayemi Winner Of Ekiti State Governorship Election.

The Independent National Electoral Commission on Sunday announced the All Progressives Congress, APC, hopeful, Kayode Fayemi, champ of the Ekiti State governorship election. 


The Chief Returning Officer, Professor Idowu Olayinka, made this announcement at the INEC office in Ado Ekiti.

Fayemi crushed the present Deputy Governor of the state and hopeful of the Peoples Democratic Party, Kolapo Olusola, in 12 LGAs.

The APC applicant collected 197,459 while Olusola surveyed 178,114 votes.
